Chad M. Davis joined TAE Technologies in 2010 and has served as its Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration, since 2012. Prior to this, Mr. Davis served in a number of financial management roles with DDi Corp., a publicly traded provider of printed circuit board manufacturing and engineering services, ending his tenure there as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller. Earlier in his career, Mr. Davis served in a variety of finance roles with several technology manufacturing and software companies, including Tektronix, Taleo Corporation (acquired by Oracle), and Nevik Networks. He got his start with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, initially in the firm’s audit practice and later in the financial transformation management consulting practice.
Mr. Davis received a B.A. in accounting and business economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
