The C-2W Experiment

FRC plasma embedded in a mirror- confined scrape-off layer (SOL).
Large-orbit fast ions from Neutral Beam Injection heat and stabilize the plasma.
Some fast ions are neutralized by charge exchange collisions and lost to the wall as energetic neutrals. (focus of this talk)
