Andrew joined TAE Technologies in 2026 as Vice President, Head of Corporate Development and Investor Relations. Previously, he served as an Advisor to the company working on complex M&A and capital markets efforts. He brings a rich background of professional experience across complex transaction structuring, bespoke capital raising and coalition building, in addition to his deep investor and analyst relationships.

Prior to joining TAE, Andrew worked in the Investment Banking Division of Barclays Capital Inc. in New York, where he focused on public and private capital formation across the climate technology, natural resources and industrials sectors. He was responsible for origination, structuring, and execution of capital solutions.

Andrew also served in multiple roles within the federal government, both at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and the U.S. House of Representatives, in Washington D.C.

Andrew holds a B.A. from Louisiana State University and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. He is based in the greater New York City area.
