Cedric Burgher joined TAE Technologies in 2026 as Chief Financial Officer. Cedric has broad industry experience in energy, private equity, and banking, including leadership positions with Occidental Petroleum (OXY), EOG Resources, Quantum Energy Partners, KBR, Inc., and Halliburton. He brings significant prior experience with mergers, acquisitions, and complex strategic initiatives, including two IPOs as CFO and two public company spinoffs.

Most recently, Cedric was CEO for Industrial Biomass Group, a renewable energy company operating in the U.S. and Canada. Prior to that, he was a partner in FTI Consulting’s Energy Transaction and Energy Transition practices. As CFO for OXY, he led the financing and oil hedging associated with the $55 billion acquisition of Anadarko Petroleum.

Cedric is a founding partner with Reset Capital Partners, a private investment platform targeting emerging opportunities across medical technology, energy infrastructure, and commodities markets, and he is board chair for Industrial Biomass Group.

Cedric received his B.B.A. in Data Processing & Analysis from the University of Texas and his M.B.A. in Management Information Systems from the University of Dallas, and he is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
