Darrell Taylor joined TAE Technologies in 2026 as General Counsel. Darrell has over 30 years of experience in corporate, securities, merger and acquisition, and capital market matters, including initial public offerings, large U.S. and international debt and equity offerings, tender and exchange offers, and other financing matters.

Darrell’s clients have been primarily from the energy, energy services, and petrochemical industries. He brings significant prior experience with complex strategic initiatives, including as lead underwriter or company counsel in ten IPOs, and as lead securities compliance counsel for numerous public companies, including Halliburton, KBR, Pennzoil-Quaker State, PennzEnergy, Lyondell Chemical, Hydril, Purolator Products, Group 1 Automotive, and Via Renewables.

Darrell received his BBA in Finance from the University of Texas and his JD from the University of Texas School of Law.
