Jeff Woodbury joined TAE Technologies in 2026 as President and Chief Operating Officer. Jeff is an energy industry veteran with more than three decades of experience leading large-scale energy operations and complex capital projects.

He previously spent 35 years at Exxon Mobil Corporation, where he held a series of senior leadership roles responsible for domestic and global upstream operations, including oversight of major energy developments. Most recently, Jeff served as Exxon’s Corporate Vice President and Officer, responsible for the corporation’s core functional programs.

As President and Chief Operating Officer at TAE, Jeff provides business leadership across the company and focuses on advancing the organizational and operational capabilities needed to support the deployment of TAE’s technologies, leading with fusion.

Jeff received his B.S. and M.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Southern California.
