Stephen joined TAE in 2022, and brings over 30 years of accounting and finance experience to the company. He has experience working for small, start-up private companies as well as mid-size publicly traded companies in the life science and medical device industries.

In addition to helping build pre-revenue companies, Stephen’s accounting background includes initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, international consolidations and Securities and Exchange Commission reporting.

Stephen is an active Certified Public Accountant with a bachelor of science in accounting from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
